Mirror-calm: no waves, no currents, no jellyfish. Karst walls shield the lake from the wind, so the water is glass.

Lagoons, a lake and a cave you can't get to on a tour.

Coron's real treasure lies in its freediving sites. Our partnership with Paolyn Houseboats opens private lagoons other schools can't reach, and our students may dive Barracuda Lake outside the tourist barrier zone.

How long can you hold it?

Every freediver starts with one breath. Press and hold the ring below, breathe normally first, and see how long you stay calm. Then picture doing it at 20 metres in a lagoon with a small group and an instructor at your side.

Just a toy: do it seated, on land, once or twice. Never hold your breath alone in or near water.
